"J. Krishnamurti 1912: The Taormina Seclusion Unveiled"
This book covers a rare collection of eyewitness accounts, with archival letters, and documents describing the esoteric preparation of a World-Teacher in waiting. These documents make a clear case that Krishnamurti gave up all that was necessary for a radical transformation of the human mind, yet retaining the intense discipline in choiceless awareness.
The book also follows Krishnamurti's evolution on his own path and the complication that resulted within the Adyar Theosophical Society around the contradictions that began to arise between Krishnamurti's statements and the expectations, regarding the realtionship between the vehicle and the World-Teacher.

Taormina Theosophical Community
Founded by Ruth Wilson around March 22, 1967. She became a member of the Adyar Theosophical Society in St. Louis in 1948, when she had a dream that she was to build a retirement center for people who have the same or similar ideas based on the three objects of the Theosophical Society with brotherhood and goodwill as the foundation. The Taormina project is actually a part of the Great Plan which Dr. Besant outlined and foresaw in 1927. Krotona should become an active, vital center of Theosophy, while Taormina would become a miniature colony of the coming civilzation, sharing a different way of living for the human race. What happened with that dream?
